ERG's advice included negotiating both the construction contracts with the shipyard and the ECA-covered financing agreements with Crédit Agricole CIB and Eksportfinansiering Norge.

The four Commissioning Service Operation Vessels (CSOVs) are identical sister ships that are expected to be built by Vard Group AS by the end of 2026 based on the successful Vard 4 19 design from the Vard Group. The vessels offer accommodation for up to 120 persons and have a battery-hybrid diesel-electric propulsion system and are methanol-ready. They also feature a modern Walk-to-Work Ampelmann gangway, among other things.
