  • Advising a Croatian shipyard on drafting and negotiating a shipbuilding contract for a cruise ship for approx. 600 passengers

  • Negotiating a conversion contract for a cruise ship with a German shipyard

  • Drafting and negotiating a long-term bareboat charter contract for an expedition cruise ship with a major German tour operator and coordinating the ship's delivery

  • Advising the facility agent of a syndicate of twelve banks on a EUR 400 million facility agreement for the construction financing of a cruise ship newbuilding
