Nina von Borries advises in relation to all aspects of shipping and marine insurance disputes. She specialises in English law. She represents clients in all forms of dispute resolutions, both in court and in national and international arbitration, as well as in mediation and other dispute resolution proceedings.
She also advises on the negotiation and drafting of all types of charterparties and other maritime contracts, such as shipbuilding and ship sale contracts. She has been a registered arbitrator with the GMAA since 2016.
