Christina Kertscher has particular experience in the review and drafting of syndicated loan and security agreements and the provision of maritime-related security.
In addition, she advises on all matters relating to the acquisition, registration, sale, flagging out and flagging in of seagoing vessels, inland waterway vessels and yachts and coordinates the relevant transactions from initial consultation through to registration and delivery of the vessel. She has experience in both domestic and international sales and purchases.
She also advises on all corporate and commercial matters under German law as well as on the formation, restructuring and dissolution of offshore companies.
