Henrike Sauber advises the firm's clients on bareboat and lease financing. She is also involved in advising on the registration of ships and ship mortgages in various flag states worldwide and other financing securities such as account pledges, security assignments, and guarantees, as well as related corporate law issues. In addition, she advises clients from the maritime sector on maritime law issues.
During her legal education, she gained practical experience at a Hamburg-based shipping company.
