Benjamin Chen’s practice focuses on advising shipowners in sale and purchase transactions as well as in ship and ship mortgage registrations both in Germany and abroad. 

Benjamin Chen also advises banks and financial institutions on ship finance transactions. Another focus of his practice is corporate law matters. He is experienced in dealing with domestic and foreign companies, their formation and the corporate law measures required for them.
