Yoana held a variety of positions with shipowners and ship management companies. Her practical experience and sector knowledge now underpin her work at ERG. In addition to general commercial and corporate matters, Yoana focuses on shipping finance transactional work, sale and purchase of ships and other maritime assets as well as a range of contracts essential to everyday maritime operations - including ship management agreements, crew management agreements, and charterparties.
Yoana is a solicitor in England and Wales, and she is also admitted as an attorney in New York State.
