We are very pleased to announce that – in addition to her qualification as an Indonesian advocate – Hanna Marbun has been admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales with effect from 9 November 2023.

Prior to joining our Hamburg office in 2019, Hanna worked for several years in an Indonesian law firm specialising in banking and project finance. In 2018 she acquired her Master of Laws degree (Maritime Law) in Oslo.

We continue to expand our English law advisory services, emphasising our commitment to and foothold in international ship finance. Including our partners Richard Henderson and Rebecca Oliver (each London) as well as Dr. Nina von Borries and Adam Parmenter (each Hamburg), we have a total of eight lawyers advising on English law from our offices in Hamburg and London.

In addition to German and English law, we also advise on Marshall Islands law as well as on selected legal issues of Greek and Liberian law.
