Breakfast Briefing - FuelEU Maritime Update
On 17 July 2025, we held another breakfast briefing in cooperation with Albrecht Grell from Ocean Score on the latest developments regarding the FuelEU Regulation, in particular on pooling and the contractual implementation in S&P transactions and charter agreements.
Together with our guest speaker Albrecht Grell, Maje Tode, Dr Julia Killinger and Sven Deters provided an overview of the latest developments in the FuelEU Regulation and its legal and practical implementation in pooling, the sale and purchase of ships, and charter agreements.
