She has extensive experience in representing banks, ship owners and investment funds in bilateral and syndicated ship financings, ECA backed facilities and in negotiating complex leasing transactions. In addition, she also advises on shipbuilding contracts, sale and purchase transactions, other commercial contracts and registration of ships throughout the world.
