Benjamin Chen’s practice focuses on advising shipowners in sale and purchase transac­tions as well as in ship and ship mortgage regis­tra­tions both in Germany and abroad.

Benjamin Chen also advises banks and financial insti­tu­tions on ship finance transac­tions. Another focus of his practice are corporate law matters. He is experi­enced in dealing with domestic and foreign companies, their formation and the corporate law measures required for them.

Benjamin joined EHLERMANN RINDFLEISCH GADOW in 2011.
