Sven Deters is active in domestic and foreign single and fleet financings of new and used tonnage. Another focal point of his activities is advising on the sale and purchase of sea-going and inland waterway vessels, both newbuildings and used tonnage, as well as on registration of ships and ship mortgages in German ship registers and various flag states worldwide. A third focus is on advising on the structuring of funds and investment companies for the financing of ships. In addition to the actual area of ship financing, he also deals with corporate and insolvency law issues.
