Dr. Klaus Dimigen


Klaus Dimigen advises banks in the area of restruc­turing long term ship financing loans as well as the separation of banking syndi­cates related to long term ship finan­cings. Klaus Dimigen further gives advice to banks and shipowners in connection with the termi­nation, enfor­cement and transfer of shipping loans. He gives advice to shipowners regarding the sale and purchase of vessels and the entering into charter and management contracts. He also gives advice to shipowners on all corporate and insol­vency related issues. Finally, he advises non bank capital providers in connection with alter­native ship financing models and struc­tures. He enjoys a long lasting relati­onship with Turkish shipowners and shipping banks.

Klaus Dimigen is a member of the Inter­na­tional Bar Association. Further, Klaus Dimigen is a regis­tered lawyer admitted to practice in the Republic of the Marshall Islands. He provides opinion letters related to this juris­diction.
