Hendrik Brauns advises German and international banks and financial institutions on ship and fleet financing, ECA-covered loans as well as restructurings, reorganisations, sale and purchase of debt receivables, syndicate separations and lease transactions. In addition, he advises banks on the sale and purchase of ships, their arrest and enforcement of mortgages. Another major focus of his activities is advising on insolvency law issues and on general commercial law.
Following his legal training, Hendrik Brauns worked for over three years at Landesbank Baden-Württemberg in the legal department for international business, where he was involved in corporate and acquisition financing as well as US lease and cross-border leasing transactions.
