Hauke Rittscher specialises in maritime finance, restructuring, corporate and mergers & acquisitions.
He advises banks as well as investment funds and shipping companies on ship financing, including bilateral and syndicated loans, restructuring and insolvency issues. A further focus of his practice is advising clients on corporate law in connection with share and company transfers as well as corporate restructurings. Hauke Rittscher has many years of experience in national and international M&A transactions.

Hauke Rittscher holds various lectures, workshops and seminars for clients on selected legal topics. He is a lecturer at the HSBA – Hamburg School of Business Administration and teaches on aspects of “Maritime Law” for the part-time course Shipping (MBA).
