Hauke Rittscher specia­lises in maritime finance, restruc­turing, corporate and mergers & acqui­si­tions.

He advises banks as well as investment funds and shipping companies on ship financing, including bilateral and syndi­cated loans, restruc­turing and insol­vency issues. A further focus of his practice is advising clients on corporate law in connection with share and company transfers as well as corporate restruc­tu­rings. Hauke Rittscher has many years of experience in national and inter­na­tional M&A transac­tions.
