Colin Ferris has over 30 years experience in commercial litigation and arbitration. He advises on questions concerning chartering and operation of ships as well as the sale and transport of goods and inter­na­tional trade. In addition, he advises on shipbuilding and repair contracts, the sale and purchase of ships, complex joint ventures and other commercial law issues. He advises ship owners and shipyards, charterers, cargo owners, P& I clubs and banks. He works closely with other lawyers around the world on matters with an inter­na­tional background.
