Adam Parmenter’s activities focus on struc­tured maritime finan­cings. He advises banks as well as investment funds and shipping companies on ship financing, including bilateral and syndi­cated loans, leasing transac­tions, debt rescheduling and enfor­cement. Adam Parmenter also advises clients on sale and purchase, shipbuilding contracts, cross-border M&A transac­tions and other commercial contracts.
