Adam Parmenter’s activities focus on structured maritime financings. He advises banks as well as investment funds and shipping companies on ship financing, including bilateral and syndicated loans, leasing transactions, debt rescheduling and enforcement. Adam Parmenter also advises clients on sale and purchase, shipbuilding contracts, cross-border M&A transactions and other commercial contracts.
