Most of the lawyers of our firm are admitted as Rechtsanwälte in the Federal Republic of Germany.

In addition, with Richard Henderson in the London office and Loïc Brasquer in the Hamburg office two solicitors admitted in England and Wales are lawyers of our firm.

Dr. Johan Botes is admitted to the bar of the High Court of South Africa.

With Dr. Stefan Rindfleisch and Dr. Klaus Dimigen as lawyers admitted to the bar of the Republic of the Marshall Islands our firm can offer legal advice in particular in the context of registration of vessels and mortgages as well as corporate structuring under the laws of the Marshall Islands.

Prof. John Flym, the Senior Counsel of our firm has more than 40 years experience as legal counsel in the United States of America and is inter alia admitted to the Bar of Massachusetts and the Bar of the United States Supreme Court. For several years he has now also been admitted practise law in France.
